1st time a student breaks a rule: Warning

2nd time: “I Just Need A Break” (in the room)

3rd time: Time out (neighboring room)

4th time: Parent contact (by phone or note)

5th time: Office referral

Major discipline infractions: Automatic office referral

Praise

Positive phone calls/notes

SWAG card

Alfie the Alligator: Class pet reading/writing activity

(Alfie only goes home with students who display great behavior all week)

Bucket fillers (individual or whole group)

Class selected reward for a filled bucket

Positive smiley face on daily behavior chart (prize box for a week of all WOW smiley faces)
